Had big and beautiful room complete with the balcony, a hot bath on the balcony. Location: the hotel was very close to Hakone. Easily reached Itoh Dining by Nobu, located just a short walk away from the property, had lunch/dinner there...

Everything was nice, nonetheless we stayed for 1 night only. The location seemed very pretty and beautiful in the middle of the city. The room was amazing and the staff was outstandingly accommodating! An electric kettle, a personal safe, and air conditioner worked well

Gora karaku is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are huge and super comfortable, with a spacious lounge area and a private outdoor onsen. The staff was friendly. It's also just a short stroll from gora station, super convenient!
